We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Management:Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor services to meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
Share market insights and client feedback with the team to improve services.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall strategy planning.
- Reporting and Analytics:Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree and above with 8-year hands on experience in a recruitment agency
Candidates with #CEI Comprehensive non-FDW certification preferred
Confident with fairly good communication skills
Passionate in meeting & communicating with people
Willing to learn and grow to achieve better results
