Role: Account Manager
Location: 331 North Bridge Road, #22-01/06, Odeon Towers, Singapore
Reporting to: Country Head
Job Description:
● Manage and oversee clients’ lifecycle from onboarding, implementation, upselling and
payment
● Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant
communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to
clients’ needs
● Collaborate with the technical team to provide a solution (workflow, estimated time…)
to ensure service to be well-delivered in a timely manner and high quality.
● Support clients in managing business operations that are related to our delivery. Make
sure client business operations run smoothly without any interruption.
● Establish a marketing strategy (including growing online communities, online and offline
events, social media) to expand the brand influence, attract more clients and achieve
targets.
● Provide ad-hocs tasks based on business requirements
Requirement:
● 3+ year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
● Experience in selling services to enterprises (tech/marketing/etc.)
● Fluent in both spoken and written English
● Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
● Good negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills
● Hard-working and self-accountable
