1. JOB SUMMARY, PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the crewing team to identify and expand new business opportunities through communication with potential vendors, customers and the other departments
- Part of the Business Development team in marketing the platform apart from the crewing services
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the crewing vendor management team including the P&L.
- Work with product team to innovate and refine product offerings basis trend and feedback.
- Cross functional collaboration on necessary systems and processes to support business needs and deliver efficiency improvements as wellbuilding the branding of the platform.
- Part of the middle management team in ensuring deliverables as well as mapping the platform's blueprint.
2. JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENT / COMPETENCY
- Minimum a Degree in Maritime or other relevant discipline;
- At least 10 years of experience in crew manning companies especially in business development.
- Proficient in Chinese and English 2 major languages both in speaking and writing
- Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Min. 3 years of team management experience
- Ethical, fair and high integrity.
- Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook
- Natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
