Job Description & Requirements
- Subcontractor and supplier sourcing and Coordinate procurement relating to M&E.
- Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Order (V.O.) and final account.
- Develop proposal documents in response to Request For Proposal (RFP), Request For Quote (RFQ) and tenders.
- Call for quotations, taking off and attending coordination meeting with PID.
- Prepare costing and budget for tenders.
- Facilitate coordination with PID on drawings related to design for procurement submission.
- Source for projects on relevant tender platforms.
- Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
- Assist in project management, progress claim preparation and payment certifications, project final accounts report preparation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction.
- 5 days work week, central region.
