Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Overseeing the day-to-day supervision of the fruit and vegetable packing lines
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster stronger customer relationships
- Inventory management for consumables
- Candidates must have very good knowledge of various types of fruits and able to differentiate their qualities and make good selections and classifications
- Candidates are required to manage and housekeeps of the stores
- Candidates are required to keep track of incoming quantity and quality of fresh fruits and vegetables
- Provide on-the-job training to new staffs on fruits/ vegetables quality checks and machine operating procedures
- Any other assigned duties.
- Willing to work long hours including late nights
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
Requirements
-Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
-Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
-Able to converse well in mandarin with our suppliers from China
