Basic Job Scope:
- Assist organisation in making critical financial decisions.
- Collecting, tracking and correcting organisation's finances.
- Responsible for financial audits and reconciling bank statements.
- Ensure that financial records are accurate throughout the year.
- Timely submitting of GST and CPF records accurately.
- Preparing trading, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Creating invoices and payment vouchers.
- Accounts submission to designated departments.
- Assist and prepare corporate tax submissions.
- Prepare payroll for worker’s salary monthly.
- Petty cash and funds flow maintenance.
- Maintain projects’ costing according to company budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Able to work independently with good attitude.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or previous work experience in related field.
Salary Range: $3,500 - $5,000 per month depending on experience.
