Position Details:
- Competitive Remuneration Package: Offering a highly attractive basic salary, commencing at $3,000 and reaching up to $5,000, in addition to Monthly Commission and Performance Bonus.
- Working Days & Hours:Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:30 PM - Convenient Central Location
Key Responsibilities:
As a Telesales Executive for General Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively making outbound calls using leads provided by the bank to introduce General Insurance products to clients.
- Carefully understanding client concerns and effectively addressing their specific needs.
- Demonstrating a strong ability and confidence in cross-selling and upselling related products and services.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of a GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- A preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in Insurance telesales.
- Certification with BCP and PGI certificates is advantageous.
