- Project Lead for on-time delivery, within budget and to the required quality standard
- Project Lead for resourcing effectively and managing client stakeholder relationships within the wider team and affiliated teams/groups
- Process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants
- Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Maintain and quality assurance on project documentationSending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup
- Monitoring and reporting progress and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders
- Working with main vendors and sub-vendors
- Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage accordingly
- Manage change control and escalating issues to the Project Lead where necessary
- Provide regular status reports to the Project and/or Operation Lead
- Ensure that each step of the project is on-time and within budget as per project execution plan
