Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of Prime Mover Drivers.
2. Monitor and Liaise with customer to ensure deliveries met customers' requirement.
3. Update and provide real-time job progress into system.
4. Liaise with customer services and billing clerk regards to billing matters.
5. Track and check on drivers' incentives payment.
6. Ensure resources are properly managed and optimized usage.
Requirements:
1. Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Team-player and able to give command to drivers.
4. Able to work under pressures and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiar with Singapore roads and routes.
6. Able to perform OT when required.
