Job Description & Requirements
- Able to drive of funeral hearse
- Able to do shift work and work overtime when needed
- Be Empathetic in dealing with bereaved families
- Physically fit in order to lift heavy items
- Collection and transportation of deceased
- Preparation of coffin and encoffining
- Loading and unloading of heavy items / coffins
- Performing a variety of tasks during the funeral process, such as providing assistance during funeral rites, closing of casket, guiding the bereaved family etc.
- Assist funeral advisors during the funeral process to ensure smooth proceedings
- Maintaining tidiness of company vehicles and premises
- Upholding service standard and professional image of company
- Maintaining courteous manner with all customers, vendors and colleagues
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
