Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles within the company.
  2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address concerns, and promote a healthy work environment.
  3. HR Policies: Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws, and provide guidance to employees and management.
  4. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and work with managers to improve team performance.
  5. Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
