Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles within the company.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address concerns, and promote a healthy work environment.
- HR Policies: Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws, and provide guidance to employees and management.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and work with managers to improve team performance.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
