The Opportunity
- Review legal documentation under bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals.
- Accurately interpret the allowance of requested transactions based on Credit Agreement.
- Examine customer’s utilisation requests relating to syndication and bilateral loan credit facilities.
- Perform loan drawdowns, rollovers and collections of principal repayment and interest payment for both bilateral and syndicated loans.
- Liaise with RMs for follow up on outstanding documents
- Performing KYC and AML checks.
- Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements.
- Issuance of BGs/SBLCs.
- Prepare local, regulatory, and head office reports.
- Work with IT Teams on system upgrades and UAT roll outs.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in handling credit documents and loan administration
- Proficient in MS office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Meticulous and detailed oriented.
