Responsibilities
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Provide clerical and administrative support of Human Resource department
· Maintain and update employees’ records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations
· Coordinate communication with applicants and schedule interviews
· Assist in processing work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check up arrangement
· Preparation of HR-related documentation
· Assist in onboarding and offboarding matters
· Other ad-hoc duties and admin jobs assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
· Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant Human Resource/Administrative position
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Basic knowledge of MOM Labor Laws
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong communication skills
· Minimum N/O Level or Diploma qualifications
· Knowledge of Infotech system will be an advantage
