Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling medical products. This position requires a strong focus on customer engagement, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
- Product Promotion:Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our medical products.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to position our products competitively.
- Sales Targets:Set and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Weekend and Holiday Commitment:The role requires availability to work on weekends and public holidays to accommodate healthcare professionals' schedules and participate in special events or promotions.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and responsive approach to client needs.
Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
