Responibilities:
• Provide administrative and service desk support for projects by Planning and Coordination group;
• Generate a weekly dashboard report to update management on weekly statistics, and analyse the causes;
• Coordinate with an internal incident response team to categorise and analyse blocked emails due to attachment issues;
• Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies’ queries, and analyse the returns submitted by agencies;
• Manage “helpdesk” mailboxes on agency queries, routing of queries to subject matter teams to address the queries;
• Perform the admin functions for our organisation’s Share Point and folder maintenance;
• Other admin and support activities required from time to time.
Requirements:
• Min Diploma in any relevant field
• No Experience required
• Possess positive personality with the ability to engage with stakeholders of all backgrounds and personalities
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
