Reporting to the Operations Manager, the District Manager for Burger King is responsible for the entire district’s sales and operation activities of Burger King Singapore outlets.

Job Description
- Prepare and manage district’s annual budgets and sales forecast
- Responsible for the district’s operating profit and loss
- Recommend long range plans and policies to boost overall sales and operating results
- Plan and control direct activities of the field operations to obtain maximum sales volume and high quality and service standards
- Analyze operating results and implement corrective profit action as and when necessary
- Participate in manpower planning, recruitment and retention activities
- Ensure that all guests feedback are promptly handled and appropriate actions are taken
Industry Background & Skills
o Minimum Diploma in business or equivalent
o 5 years relevant experience in an aggressive and fast-paced F&B/ QSR industry
o Possess sound operational background
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
Successful candidates will be placed on a 3 months on-the-job intensive training with Burger King Singapore before commencement of the official position.
