Responsibilities:
- Support the organisation's data centre services through monitoring and management for system, network and facilities
- Perform computer operations including account and tape management
- Incident management and act as escalation point to any facilities and system / network
- Manage and administer the service desk operations
- System alert monitoring and perform necessary escalation
- Liaison with landlord / vendor with regards to utilities, building services / facilities and systems issues
- Assist in planning and execution of disaster recovery activities
- Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any service delivery and operations
- Review of the data centre operations and report any gaps and issues
- Maintain proper IT documentation and prepare monthly reporting
