Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Automation Solutions industry. They are looking for a Key Account Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong connections with potential/existing customers to comprehend their service needs, providing/ensuring effective customer service
- Provide comprehensive information about the company’s products and services, addressing any enquiries promptly
- Expand the company’s existing customer base, and maintain the current key accounts by identify potential opportunities
- Collaborate with the company’s engineers and technical professionals to prepare/maintain accurate costing plans and customer documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating cost-effective solutions and operational enhancements
- Provide technical training and guidance to the various customers, enhancing their product knowledge
- Formulate detailed sales engineering reports by collating/analyzing the various sales data
- Contribute to the collective team effort by achieving specified objectives and targets as required
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field of Engineering (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Key Account sales experience
