Job Description
· Report to and assist the Production Manager with the operational scope of duties
· Responsible for the manufacturing process and resolving production related issues
· Coordinate with Supply Chain, P&D and QA&RA departments to ensure sufficient stock levels
· Able to lead and understand challenges due to business nature and help enable/shape improvements to operational management systems and processes
· Prepare forecast capacity planning, monitor factory output, plan, organize and allocate of resources to meet delivery requirements
· Managing, leading and motivating the staff to build team spirit and to maintain high morale
· Ensure effective, efficient and timely execution of planned production schedule
· Implementing new technology to increase efficiency and productivity in the production process
· Ensure smooth running of all operations in an appropriate and cost-effective manner
· Ensure all finished goods are in full compliance with customer specifications and company regulatory requirements and standards
· Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
· Recruit, train and supervise staff
· Other duties assigned by the Company as and when necessary
