Responsibilities
Nannies shall provide the children with care
Nannies shall provide necessities for the children- Milk powder and food, diapers, toiletries, clothing, transportation and usage of space in the house for the child’s lodging.
Nannies are to provide the following for children aged 2 and below:
· Sleeping facilities
· Play equipment - a broad range of age-appropriate, safe and non-toxic play equipment such as art supplies, books, toys;
· Feeding and food preparation facilities – a highchair and facilities for the sterilisation of milk bottles; Toileting and diapering facilities – a baby bathtub, a padded diapering table and a potty chair for older infant; and
· Childproofing equipment where needed in the premise - table corner bumpers, door fastener and childproof gate
Nannies are to provide the following for children attending primary school:
· Daily allowance
· Day-to-day educational expenses
· Nannies shall accompany the children and provide transport for: school, access, outings and home leave to facilitate contact between the child and the natural family, medical appointments.All transport will be two-way.
Requirements
· At least a Secondary School education
· Medically fit to care for children
· Relevant working experience, able to provide routine care to young children
· Have a child-safe home environment
· Experience in caring for younger children (0-below 13 years old)
