Roles and Responsibilities
· Expanding company customer base through direct efforts and established networks
· Drive business development strategies in line with organizational objectives, improve project portfolio, and explore new business opportunities.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
· Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
· Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion across Singapore.
· Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in term of revenue and sales margins
· Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms.
· Analyse market conditions, review customer information, and work with internal teams on process design, cost, pricing, and technology demonstrations.
Qualifications & Experiences required:
· Degree in Environmental / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience dealing with water treatment within petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas industry. Senior position will be offer based on qualifiy relevant years of experiences.
· Proven experience in sales, business development, or proposal preparation within the water treatment or related industry.
· Strong commercial and business skill sets with a technical background required
· Experience in proposal preparation and ability to understand specifications
· Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Strong networks of potential customer in different industry such as Petrochemical, Chemical, Electronics, F&B and etc
