Our client is seeking a Partnerships Analyst for the Payments Partnerships team who is passionate about delivering exceptional payment solutions and strategic market initiatives for our core payments business in APAC. The Payments Partnerships team is responsible for developing and managing partnerships across the payment ecosystem to enable us to run a world class payments business. Internally, we work cross-functionally with global, regional and country teams, business engineering, operations, product, engineering teams.
Job Description:
Payment Analsyt to work with the APAC lead in optimizing payments, conducting data analysis, and driving market research and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of cards processing and operations, the APAC payment ecosystem, and the ability to manage key relationships, both internally and externally, effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Gather and analyze data to derive actionable insights, prepare reports highlighting key performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
Payments Optimization:
• Triage payments issues and work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payment issues/operation workflows.
Risk and Fraud Assessment:
• Analyze data to assess fraud impact across APAC countries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align risk management strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze market data and provide strategic insights.
Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners.
• Organize and lead regular meetings to discuss strategies and collaboration opportunities.
Partner-led SMB Program Management
• Develop and manage programs targeting small businesses for Meta ads.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal ads teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Partner Marketing Program Expansion:
• Scale partner marketing programs to reach a broader audience.
• Collaborate closely with partners to align strategies and goals.
• Monitor and adjust partner marketing initiatives for optimal performance.
Internal Event Management:
• Organize internal events that align with payments team objectives
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure a seamless participant experience.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in the payments processing sector in APAC, ideally in a regional role.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative organization
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, data-driven, and strategic thinker with a passion for payments.
