Job Description & Requirements
a. To assist the Production Manager and Production Pharmacist in the production operations.
b. To check & ensure Manufacturing Procedure (MFP).
c. To assist & monitor on the operation according to the schedule
d. To assist on investigation of product issues / complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
e. Initiate and follow-up of change control. Review and update SOPs related to Production.
f. Provide training to production operators on GMP and SOP requirements
g. Liaise with Engineering on new equipment needs and resolve any equipment related issues
h. Support regulatory inspections and/or customer audits
i. To assist other activities required for the smooth operations, productivity and improvement of the department.
j. Other duties assigned by the Management/Immediate Superior
