Salary range: up to 6k
Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm inclusive 1 hr lunch break (hybrid work arrangement)
Location: Raffles
- Working closely with the management team to ensure that you are all driving the right behaviours from the team and helping to improve efficiencies where possible
- Provide hands on support to your team and Team Leader daily
- Discover training and coaching methods and tailor them to the individuals needs
- Management of baggage claims files, including:
- Assessing claims within the Airlines’ Conditions of Carriage and agreed Claims Matrix
- Provide recommendations to the Airlines’ where the value exceeds our Delegate Authority
- Drafting correspondence to Customers
- Supervising and allocating tasks to the team on a daily basis, as well as ensuring these are completed to a high standard
- Dealing with technical queries and acting as a referral point of contact for the local team.
- Ad Hoc duties: Your key accountabilities will include such other duties and tasks as allocated, at the discretion of management, and that are within your capabilities and the scope of your role.
