• Maintain the customer satisfaction level to Company’s target(s) set from time to time and conduct continual improvement to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level.
• Handle meet and greet service.
• Assist customers with their luggage on entry to and exit from the lounge.
• Assist customers with their internet access requirements.
• Arrange shower facility for customers.
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge, such as food counter, shower room, toilet, internet area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
