Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist and provide technical advice to the Project Director in architectural planning, and oversee architectural works progress on site.
- Coordinate with consultants, client’s representative, relevant authorities and main contractor on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
- Document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
- Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
- Attend meeting with consultants and main contractors.
- Review and update architectural drawings and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality in architectural works and following BCA/ URA/ PUB/ NEA regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works, on site experience preferred
- Able to lead and work independently
- Good communications skills and able to interact with people of all levels and teamworks
