Overview
This position reports to Director/Manager. The Operation Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the successful operation and management of our pub/lounge. This position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the establishment, including staff management, customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
Job Descriptions
1. Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
2. Create and maintain staff schedules.
3. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
4. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the pub/lounge runs smoothly.
5. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies.
7. Manage the cashier function, handle cash transactions, and maintain cash registers.
8. Manage and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring accuracy and accountability."
