- Location: Stadium Drive
- Salary: $5000 - $6000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
- 2 years contract position with chance of extension or conversion to perm
Responbilities:
- Lead a team responsible for daily finance operations, ensuring efficient delivery.
- Innovate, optimize, and automate processes to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance service performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Plan and manage manpower and resources for effective deployment.
- Foster staff development through training and mentorship.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as necessary.
- Oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements such as GST submissions.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Accounting or a Certified Accountant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
- Previous experience in shared services or public sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, with a preference for familiarity with WorkDay and Oracle accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of SB FRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, particularly regarding confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership aptitude to manage a team of 10 staff members.
