Job Title: Purchaser (ID8068)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hour: 5 days work
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:30pm
Salary: $2500 - $3800
Job Description:
• Manage the day-to-day procurement activities which involve parts sourcing, request for quotations, supplier assessment, vendors sourcing, issue PO, expediting parts and all related documentations
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Maximise cost savings to ensure competitiveness for the Company
• Forecast , Plan and schedule production orders to avoid high stock inventory and ensure material availability for production continuity.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned
Requirement:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel)
• Detailed, meticulous and hardworking
• Positive learning and working attitude
