As a retail/bridal assistant in our studio, you will be required to assist clients and customers with styling while they try on our wedding outfits and also our ready to wear products.
You will also have to assist in the process of rentals from the initial viewing to fittings, alterations and returns.
At the same time, you will be required to preserve the quality of our curated bridal pieces.
You will have to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer feedback effectively.
