- Attend to sales enquires from customers and work closely wit the operation team to coordinate on delivering the orders
- Process customer’s orders such as price quotation, checking of stocks to ensure sales attainment and confirmation of orders schedules
- Be the point of contact to provide customers information on product pricing and stock availability
- Handle’s customers’ complaint if any
- Liaise and coordinate with customers to ensure exceptional pre-sales and post sales service
- Manage in house customer’s account
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows, promotional events and product launches
- Work closely with Finance team in outstanding payment follow up
- Timely filling of documentations
- Any other ah-hoc administrative assigned
