The Chinese Banquet Chef will be responsible for
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting Chinese cuisine dishes for events such as banquets, weddings, and special occasions
- Planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene, and managing kitchen inventory.
Salary:
$5500
+ AWS
+ Variable Bonus
Key Requirements:
- Open to Singaporeans only
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine and central kitchen / catering / banquet cooking
- Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Must have basic knowledge in using Email and Microsoft Office apps
- Ability to create balanced and visually appealing menus for large-scale events
