Job Description
- Managing and overseeing overall branch operation in Singapore to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for the services provided to passengers
- Conducting research on the airline industry to identify new trends and opportunities for growth
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Reporting to HQ to update on local and branch situation
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the airline’s business operations, including pricing, customer service, and purchasing decisions
- Representing the company at management meetings or industry conferences
- Reporting to directors in Korea headquarters
Job Requirements
- Degree or above, preferably in aviation management or business administration, or a related field
- Ideally 10 years working experience in aviation sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Strategic analyzing skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Fluency in Korean language in order to liaise with headquarters in Korea
