Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users for computers, printers, etc.
- Administration for Cloud.
- Coordinate, control, implement and maintain user access rights.
- Carry out Backup/recovery operations.
- Handle inventory tracking for all IT assets & license management.
- Promote best practices to users regarding equipment care and security.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' Levels.
- Familiar with common IT peripherals.
- Hands-on, fundamental knowledge of networking and server hardware.
- Team player, good interpersonal & communication skills.
- 5 days work / week.
