RESPONSIBILITIES
1. System Support:* Provide technical support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) applications, ensuring they are available and functioning optimally.
2. Configuration and Customization:* Customize JDE applications to meet specific business requirements, including creating and modifying reports, forms, and applications.
3. Integration:* Collaborate with the IT team to integrate JDE with other systems, applications, and databases, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
4. Monitoring and Optimization:* Monitor JDE systems and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and ensure data security.
5. Troubleshooting:* Identify and resolve technical issues and system errors promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
6. Documentation:* Create and maintain documentation related to JDE configurations, customizations, and processes.
7. User Training:* Provide training to end-users and support them in utilizing JDE applications effectively.
8. Software Upgrades:* Assist in planning and executing JDE software upgrades and patches to keep the system up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting and configuring JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) applications.
- Strong knowledge of JDE modules and their integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in JDE customization, reporting, and data migration.
- Familiarity with database management, especially SQL databases.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in JDE or related technology is a plus
