Job Description:
> Lead the MEMS product engineering and process integration startup of SEA advanced packaging factories.
> Manage MEMS product engineers who are responsible for product quality and specifications, as well as process integrators, who are responsible for delivering a stable integrated manufacturing process.
> Collaborate with product development teams and other key partners to ensure development deliverable are on track and prioritized.
> Incorporate Lean Development Methodologies (LPPD, Obeya, lean problem solving, etc)
> Ensure successful completion of process and technology transfers to HP-Malaysia and HP-Singapore. Manage process convergence with those High Volume Manufacturing sites.
> Prepare HP Malaysia and SGP managers to take on G5 Engineering Responsibility post Manufacturing Release.
Job Requirement:
> Minimally 5 years of people management experience
> Minimally 10 years of product or process integration in MEMS factory.
> Minimally Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or other relevant Engineering field.
> Strong in program management and people development
> Skilled in cultural transformation and system infrastructure set-up.
