Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day employee matters (e.g. onboarding and offboarding)
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities (job portals management, job advertisement, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviewing of candidates, etc)
- Overseeing work pass matters for all foreign employees
- Maintaining the recruitment database and other HR assets including employee records, employment contracts and other HR related documents
- Taking part in HR related activities, projects, and initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Preferrably has 2-3 years of prior experience
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, PC literate.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm @ 30 Ubi Crescent #01-01, Ubi Techpark, Singapore 408566
