Job Description
- Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointment bookings and messages
- Handle client checkout and payments
- Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales
- Promote products and services to maximize sales opportunites where necessary
- Address clients' needs and concerns efficiently and effectively providing service recovery when necessary
- Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches.
- Manage and maintain the studio's tidiness and cleanliness
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a problem solver
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day and also public holidays, based at one of our four locations (for FT) or across four locations (for PT) as necessary
- Committed for a permanent full-time position or a minimum of 12 day/month for part-time positions
- Working hours follow store operation hours
