Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales Managers or Proposal Team) to obtain information required for the submission of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ)
- Obtain the necessary approvals and ensure that proposals are submitted/received timely and compliant with the required mode of submission
- Track and follow up with stakeholders on the status of the proposal
- Prepare Bill of Materials and Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ submission
- Participate in Tender/RFP/RFQ review meetings and site surveys when necessary;
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails and respond to customer’s sales enquiries
- Provide inputs to improve and support the bid and sales processes
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equivalent industry would be
- Familiar with tender/bid life cycle
- Good stakeholder management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solution oriented with keen interest in proposing and driving change when required
