Job Responsibilities:
· Handle customers enquires and assess work scope and provide quotations.
· Liaise with dealers for parts & consumables, include new engines sales
· Coordinate with technicians for daily work and task, enforcing safety and training
· Support and Assist technicians on site
· Troubleshooting marine engines and systems
· Coordinate with local service contractors for parts servicing & overhaul
· Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop
· Invoicing customers prior and after work done
· Check and sign on technicians work reports
· Gather customer feedbacks
· Reporting to management and provide sales forecast
Job Requirement:
· Diploma/Certificate in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 5 years relevant working experience.
· Good experience working on high speed and medium speed diesel engine such as Cummins, Volvo Penta, Caterpillar, Yanmar and others. Able to use diagnostic tools
· Knowledge of 4 stroke outboard engines
