- Salary: SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,200
- Working hour: Mon – Fri (9am - 6pm) | Saturday (9am – 1pm)
- Working day: 5.5 days
- Working location: Ubi
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers at the front desk
- Providing sound advice and solutions for customers
- Managing customers’ expectations and requests
- Perform visual inspection on vehicle and placing of seat covers during takeovers.
- Liaise with technicians on the type of jobs to be carried out
- Inform customers on the collection time of their vehicles.
- Ensure vehicle interior are free from glass fragments and other debris caused by the replacement of windscreen.
- Collecting of payments
- Perform out going checks with customers during handovers.
- Sorting of repair photos taken into respective folders
- Closing of counter and performing payment settlements
- Maintaining of reception area cleanliness
