Description
- Analyze competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities
- Review sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies to improve sales for rooms, banquets, and other departments within a designated portfolio
- Conduct hotel inspections for clients and negotiation of sales contracts
- Foster and develop good relationships with existing and new clients
- Lead follow-up with clients to close sales
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Prepare customized sales contracts in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Requirement
- At least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality sector
- Possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of problem solving and decision-making ability
- Proficient in MS Office, Hotel Property Management and Customer Relations Management systems
- Knowledge of costing and budgeting skills
