Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the system environment, including network planning and system deployment
- Conduct daily inspections of the platform to ensure stable operation of the platform
- Monitor the operation of the system's services, networks, and databases, analyze and track them, and solve related faults
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, locate, and fix cloud platform product issues, and connect with development engineers until the basic functions of cloud computing products are restored
- Understand user needs, optimize the platform, and improve user experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with operating systems such as Linux ubuntu
- Familiar with AWS cloud computing products, including but not limited to ECS, SLB, RDS, OSS, ACK and other resources to activate and use, daily changes, daily problem handling
- Familiar with shell scripting language, proficient in using awk, sed, grep and other commands
- Familiar with the configuration and management of Linux and Windows systems and O&M services, such as NGINX, OPEN VPN, Squid, etc
- Familiar with common middleware O&M and management, such as RabbitMQ, kafka, rocketMQ
- Experience in tower building, configuring, and deploying application container platforms based on Jenkins, Docker, and K8S.
- Familiar with one or more of the data management technologies such as MySQL, Hadoop, and HBase
- Able to independently complete the deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, etc. of related products
- Familiar with Java, go language environment tower construction, project deployment, and the corresponding development framework under the server-side multi-threading, high concurrency processing mechanism.
- Relevant experience in the financial industry is highly preferred
- Able to communicate and write professionally in English and Mandarin as there would be a requirement to work closely with colleagues and business associates based in China on a daily basis. There is also a need to write reports in Chinese.
