Working hours: 10 to 15 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. interview schedules, examination and tutorial schedules)
- Prepare onboarding documents
- Conducting of interviews
- Candidates management
- Other duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum full-time Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior experience in similar field
- Able to commit long term
