Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the future growth of the company mainly Japanese clients
- Business development of new clients
- Involved in sales and marketing activities
- Analyses potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
- Analyses market news, trends, local law, and regulations in construction sector and making report regularly
- Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with internal department and external parties include media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
- Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
- Establish customer base relations and its management database
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the future growth of the company
- Develop campaigns and other activities that will help in increasing the recognition of the company
- Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and knowledge to the management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-year experience of relevant experience
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Command of oral and written English and Japanese (proficiency: N1) to serve Japanese clients
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Good time management skills and able to deliver assignments under tight deadlines
- Good organisation and presentation skills
- Demonstrate excellent database operational skills
- A team player
