Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
- Possess a deep understanding of the media offerings, whether print, digital, TV, radio, or other platforms, and effectively communicate the value to clients.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure advertising contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure successful campaign execution.
Job Requirements

- Some knowledge about industry is preferred.
- Some knowledge about digital marketing and interactive knowledge is preferred.
- Some production knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
- Sales and Negotiation skills.
- Market research and analysis.
- Strong communication and human relations skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive team player with a “No task is too small attitude”.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Minimum Diploma in film and Media Studies or any other relevant fields of studies.
