M&E Coordinator / Engineer

Position: M&E Coordinator / Engineer

Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 + AWS

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 08.00 AM – 05.30 PM (Mon – Fri + Alt Sat)


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to address M&E installation and system requirements.
  • Oversee the work of in-house E&M sub-contractors to ensure the coordination of shop drawings and services aligns with the construction sequence and installation.
  • Participate in E&M Coordination Meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Provide supervision and leadership to an installation team responsible for E&M services installation within a construction setting.
  • Coordinate with the team to manage station and viaduct CCSM, SEM drawing, and submission.
  • Evaluate project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, M&E Coordination, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E&M Coordination and LTA-MRT projects.
  • Proficiency in comprehending a design, building contract, and project.
  • Good knowledge of CAD, Revit, and Navisworks software services in 3D models.
