Position: M&E Coordinator / Engineer
Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 + AWS
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 08.00 AM – 05.30 PM (Mon – Fri + Alt Sat)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to address M&E installation and system requirements.
- Oversee the work of in-house E&M sub-contractors to ensure the coordination of shop drawings and services aligns with the construction sequence and installation.
- Participate in E&M Coordination Meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Provide supervision and leadership to an installation team responsible for E&M services installation within a construction setting.
- Coordinate with the team to manage station and viaduct CCSM, SEM drawing, and submission.
- Evaluate project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, M&E Coordination, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E&M Coordination and LTA-MRT projects.
- Proficiency in comprehending a design, building contract, and project.
- Good knowledge of CAD, Revit, and Navisworks software services in 3D models.
