Main Responsibilities:
This role sits under the Finance Processes Systems and Organization team, with the aim to:
- Lead the Finance Transformation of the group
- Digitalize LDC Processes and organizations
- Help LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best tools
The role will be in charge of one or more of the below processes:
- Commercial Invoicing
- Payment flow (incl. integration with other systems),
- Accounting
- Integration with Consolidation and Reporting
More specifically, the Integration Specialist focus will be on supporting the relationship between Front Office Systems and BOLD system, with typical activities per below:
- Ensures the integration of LDC Group practices and processes, as well as group practices
- On the other side, support countries in their execution but also guarantee efficiency in terms of tools, organisation and processes.
This role requires close relationship with our Business partners, other FPSO teams (Treasury, Procurement,..) and hand-in- hand collaboration with DT&A departments.
This roles also requires multiple interactions with Execution and Trade Accounting teams in the regions.
What we are looking for:
- Audit experience in a leading audit or consultant company would be a plus
- Past experience in Finance transformation project either as an internal (ex: AMOA, Functional Business Lead, Process Owner, …) or as an external resource
- Experience in working in project mode and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role
- Experience in international environments
- Experience in process design and implementation of an IT tool (interfaces would be a plus)
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
Other desired skills (Computer Skills, etc):
- Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes
- Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action
- Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic
- Work independently and take ownership of the role as well as contributing to goals as a team member
