Our Client is a leading Japanese entertainment company, producer of collectible card games and trading cards. They are looking for an Event Executive to join their team.
Challenges:
- Organize company's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for events and tournaments circuits
- Manage shop tournaments
- Manage PR materials to be used at events
- Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
- Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
What it Takes:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
- Candidates with 1 year of relevant working experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Must have basic knowledge of social media management
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
