Guest Service Officer (Hotel)
- Nearest MRT: (Chinatown MRT)
- 5 days (8 hrs/day including 45 mins break)
- Shift hours: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am
- $2,200 - $2,500
Responsibilities:
- Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
- Performs other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
